
He has made other employees(male and female) cry with his overly aggressive, yet accepted by the owners, style of interactions. When others fail they are replaced with no regard. When he fails it’s no blemish on his record. The two owners have insurmountable faith in one person that has failed 95% of the time and they are continuously putting him in charge of departments he has absolutely no knowledge of. One of the most discouraging, disrespectful acts I have witnessed, is watching an inexperienced person promoted to a job, fail miserably and in turn get a lateral promotion into another high ranking position. No matter your experience or knowledge, you are the right fit for the job.

Which includes stupendous raises in pay and promotions.

Disagree and you’re immediately an outlier and will be treated as such. They only care if you are willing to be submissive to their way of thinking. This company has no interest in your knowledge or experience. I have been in conversations with a very high ranking individual who referred to lower level associates as low-grade and menial. Upper management will walk right past you and not acknowledge you even after you say hello.

They look down on employees who don’t have a degree. You think the owners care how the employees that have been there for years feel about that? They could care less. The bonus at the end of the year has been the same for at least 5 years. All of the benefits and incentives that were once there making this a great place to work have all dissipated. The company shows its lack of regard for its employees on a daily basis. The favoritism is blatant as well as rampant.
